WARRANTY

Midi34 offers a six (6) month warranty on regular-priced jewelry, covering only manufacturing defects (proof of purchase required).

The warranty is applicable only once and exclusively to the initial purchase. Any jewelry replaced under this warranty does not benefit from a second warranty and is considered a final sale.

The warranty does not cover:

• normal wear and tear
  
• accidents
  
• negligence
  
• theft or loss
  
• damage caused by misuse.
  

Jewelry must not have been modified, altered, bent, twisted, scratched, or oxidized. Midi34 reserves the right to evaluate the condition of the jewelry before approving any warranty claim.

For any questions regarding the warranty, please contact us so we can assist you. A photo may be requested to confirm the applicability of the warranty or not. Proof of purchase must also be sent.

Please note that to benefit from a warranty exchange, the defective jewelry must be returned to us. Once the warranty claim is approved, you must send it in a stamped bubble envelope (2.61$ stamp). Inside, place the jewelry and a note with your complete contact information (name, email, return address). You can also go to the store to make the exchange.

Sale items are not covered by the warranty.
