SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping costs and delivery times

Express delivery is free in Canada with any purchase of $150 or more.

For all other orders, express delivery costs $8 plus taxes. These fees are non-refundable.

Each order is carefully prepared and packaged. You will receive an email when it is shipped. If you have not received a confirmation email that the order has been shipped, please check your spam folder. If you still cannot find the shipping email, please contact us at info@midi34.ca

Your order will be processed within 3 business days of payment receipt. This period excludes weekends and holidays.

Delivery times are 2 to 4 days, depending on the destination of the package. Please also note that delays due to the delivery service are beyond our control.

Order tracking

You will receive a tracking number for your order by email once it has been sent. You will then be able to track your delivery and see the estimated delivery date. If you do not receive an email with your tracking number, please contact us at info@midi34.ca

International purchases

To find out about shipping rates to the United States or anywhere else in the world, please contact us at info@midi34.ca.

Customs fees

Midi34 is not responsible for additional customs fees upon receipt of your purchase. These fees are sometimes observed when shipping outside the country and we have no control over them. Midi34 will not compensate for any customs fees.

In case of error

If you notice an error regarding your information or address when placing your order, please notify us as soon as possible at info@midi34.ca. We strive to send orders quickly, so this situation may cause delays or reshipment fees. If a second shipment is necessary due to an error, the costs are the responsibility of the customer.
