Shipping costs and delivery times

Express delivery is free in Canada on orders of $150 or more.

For all other orders, express delivery charge is $8 plus tax. These charges are non-refundable.

Each order is carefully assembled and packed. You will receive an e-mail when your order is shipped. If you haven’t received an e-mail confirming that your order has been shipped, please check your junk mail box. If you still cannot find the shipping email, please contact us at [email protected].

Your order will be processed within 3 working days of receipt of payment. This deadline excludes weekends and public holidays.

Delivery time is 2 to 4 days, depending on the destination of the package. Please also note that delays due to the delivery service are beyond our control.

Order tracking

Once your order has been sent, you will receive a tracking number by e-mail. You will be able to track your delivery and see the estimated delivery date. If you do not receive an e-mail with your tracking number, please contact us at [email protected].

International purchases

For shipping rates to the USA or anywhere else in the world, please contact us at [email protected].

Customs fees

Midi34 is not responsible for additional customs charges upon receipt of your purchase. These fees are sometimes observed when shipping outside the country and we have no control over them. Midi34 will not compensate for any customs charges.

You made a mistake on your order?

If you notice a mistake concerning your information or address when placing your order, please notify us as soon as possible at [email protected]. We make every effort to ship orders quickly, so this situation may result in delays or return shipping charges. If a second shipment is necessary due to a mistake, the costs will be charged to the customer.
