Returns and exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, it is possible to make an exchange, a refund or claim store credit up to 14 days after purchase. The item must be returned within 30 days of purchase. If the 14-day period is exceeded, the request will be refused, unless otherwise stated.

For a return or exchange to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

  • You must have proof of purchase.
  • The jewelry must be in its original condition. It must not have been worn and it must not show any signs of wear or damage.
  • The jewelry must be in its original packaging (display and pouch).
  • The 14-day return period must be respected.

If any of these conditions is not met, Midi34 reserves the right to refuse the exchange or return.

Final Sales

Please note that the following items are FINAL SALES:

  • Earrings
  • Sales
  • Candles
  • Gift boxes
  • Cleaning cloths

Return fees

Midi34 does not offer return labels. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs (envelope and stamp). If you decide to use a shipping method other than the one suggested below, the costs will also be at your charges and will not be refunded.

Procedure :

  1. Please write to us at [email protected] to make your return/exchange request.
  2. Once your request has been made, you must return the jewels in a bubble envelope with a stamp ($1.90).
  3. Inside the envelope, carefully place the jewels and a note indicating your contact information: full name, e-mail address, return address, reason for exchange and your request (exchange or credit).
  4. Once we’ve received the return package, we’ll send you a follow-up e-mail and cover the cost of returning the item for exchange. For credit, your credit code will be emailed to you.

For all purchases made at our store, please go to the store to make an exchange or return.

Purchase at a sales point :

For all purchases made at one of our points of sale, please contact the point of sale in the event of a return or exchange.

Sales and promotions :

All our sales are final sales. Promotions cannot be applied to orders placed outside the announced period of time. Please note that these deadlines are subject to change without notice.

We do not offer price adjustments on items purchased outside promotional periods.
