Warranty

Midi34 guarantees all its jewelry within six (6) months following the purchase, whose failure is due to manufacturing (proof of purchase required).

Normal wear and tear, accidents, negligence and loss are not covered by the warranty. Products must not have been altered, scratched, bent, twisted or oxidized. Normal wear and tear of gold vermeil plating is not covered by the warranty. Please refer to the jewelry care section.

If you have any questions regarding the warranty, please contact us so we can assist you. A picture may be requested to confirm whether or not the warranty applies. Proof of purchase must also be sent.
