Is there a guarantee for the jewelry?

Midi34 guarantees all its jewellery within six (6) months of purchase, the failure of which is the responsibility of manufacturing (proof of purchase required).
Normal wear and tear, accidents, negligence and loss are not warranted. The products must not have been altered, debarked, bent, twisted or oxidized. For this purpose, we invite you to consult the jewellery maintenance section

What are the maintenance tips?

Vermeil Gold:
Vermeil gold jewellery are made of 925 sterling silver covered with a 14k gold layer. Although vermeil gold is much more resistant than basic metals plated, its gilding may fade over time. The life of your jewel will depend on the maintenance you make of it.

Stainless steel :
Stainless steel is a durable, strong and hypoallergenic material. Its natural color is silver, so it is possible to wear these jewels in water without the color tarnishes. However, when stainless steel is gold-plated, gilding can fade with time and contact with water. Again, the life of the jewel will depend on how well you maintain it.

Care guide

Gold vermeil and stainless steel gold plated:
– Put on your jewellery after applying your beauty and skin care products (silver gradually dulls in contact with creams, styling products, perfumes, etc.);
– Don’t wear your jewelry to the pool or spa. Chlorinated or salted water may react to contact with the metals in your jewellery, resulting in a change of colour. Avoid contact with bleach;
– Remove your jewellery to sleep or to practice sports. A silver or steel plated piece of jewellery is a delicate object that must be handled carefully to prevent it from deforming or breaking;
– Remove your jewelry before you wash your hands, shower or undertake household chores. Some soaps and cleaners contain chemicals or abrasives so your rings, earrings, bracelets and necklaces don’t mix.

Stainless steel without plating (silver) :
– Avoid shocks or direct rubbing on jewelry to avoid scratches. This will keep your jewel intact and shiny longer.

Cleansing

Gold vermeil and stainless steel gold plated:
To clean and polish a piece of jewellery to restore its beauty, use a simple cloth (if possible made of cotton) that is soft and clean. It is better not to put the jewel under water. This will extend the life of the jewel.

If your jewellery is stained or soiled, clean it with a sponge impregnated with soapy water. You can also remove dirt by gently rubbing each piece with a soft-bristled toothbrush. Rinse your jewellery with clear water, then pat it dry with a clean, flexible cloth that won’t leave it

Stainless steel without plating (silver) :
Clean your jewellery with a sponge soaked in soapy water. You can also remove dirt by gently rubbing each piece with a soft-bristled toothbrush. Rinse your jewellery with clean water, then sponge it with a clean and flexible cloth that will not leave any scratches (microfiber type).

Storage

Store your Midi34 jewels in their pouches when you’re not wearing them. It is best to store your jewellery individually to avoid scratches. Friction is the worst enemy of all jewels, precious or not. It is therefore necessary to avoid storing them in the same space.

Rings :

In order to establish the correct ring size, please measure the inside diameter of a ring that you already have at home.

Ring sizes Diameter (mm)
4 14,8
5 15,1
6 16.2
7 16,9
8 17,8
9 18,5
