For any questions about our jewelry, their maintenance or your purchase, you can contact us at info@midi34.ca<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Returns and exchanges<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Midi34 does not issue any refunds. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, it is possible to make an exchange&nbsp;or claim a store credit up to 14 days after purchase. The item must be returned within 30 days of purchase. If the 14-day period is exceeded, the request will be refused, unless otherwise stated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For a return or exchange to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You must have proof of purchase.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The jewelry must be in its original condition. It must not have been worn and it must not show any signs of wear or damage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The jewelry must be in its original packaging (display and pouch).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The 14-day return period must be respected.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If any of these conditions is not met, Midi34 reserves the right to refuse the exchange or return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Final Sales<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Please note that the following items are FINAL SALES:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Earrings<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sales <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Candles <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gift boxes <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cleaning cloths<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gift cards<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Return fees<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Midi34 does not offer return labels. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs (envelope and stamp). If you decide to use a shipping method other than the one suggested below, the costs will also be at your charges and will not be refunded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Procedure :<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Please write to us at info@midi34.ca to make your return\/exchange request. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once your request has been made, you must return the jewels in a bubble envelope with a stamp ($2.61).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Inside the envelope, carefully place the jewels and a note indicating your contact information: full name, e-mail address, return address, reason for exchange and your request (exchange or credit).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once we&#8217;ve received the return package, we&#8217;ll send you a follow-up e-mail and cover the cost of returning the item for exchange. For credit, your credit code will be emailed to you.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Midi34 Laurier Quebec store :<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>For all purchases made at our store, please go to the store to make an exchange or return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Purchase at a sales point :<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>For all purchases made at one of our points of sale, please contact the point of sale in the event of a return or exchange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sales and promotions :<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>All our sales are final sales. Promotions cannot be applied to orders placed outside the announced period of time.
